The 0-1 Startup

Partnered with company founder to develop Pivot Originals’ product GTM strategy to support a market launch and growth trajectory of 0-3K accounts on the platform. Operationalized a portfolio of 10+ projects for the development and seed funding of a DTC OTT streaming service, spanning SmartTVs, Android, and iOS devices. Facilitate the translation of business objectives to cross-functional teams to build a fully operating proof-of-concept product suite.

The Unicorn Startup

Owned a portfolio of 5+ training, communications, and release management programs. Diversity & Inclusion Core Council Member; developing OKR’s for Planning and Execution Committee. Led the OneTrust Executive Customer Advisory Board Program, to further develop our relationship and trust between clients and OneTrust product leadership. Launched the R&D Employee Onboarding program, which onboarded up to 50 new R&D team employees every month.

The Consulting Agency

Develop and execute the strategy of one of Stellar Elements most critical accounts by driving the delivery of 10+ ongoing digital cloud transformation projects. Develop and nurture strong strategic relationships with stakeholders with project budgets totaling $12M. Member of the Managing Director’s thought partner council, where I successfully advocated for organizational training and provided mentorship on transformational business needs and impact.

The Video Game Publisher

Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize, develop, rigorously test, and successfully launch new product enhancements. Orchestrated the planning, management, and efficient delivery of voice over projects, consistently meeting demanding project schedules. Managed translation vendors translating in-game and marketing content for 50,000+ players across Europe and Latin-America.
